DMD has three layers: two layers of polyester fiber non-woven fabric and a single layer of polyester film in the centre (Compositions of Dacron “D” + Mylar “M” and Dacron “D” – DMD). It has excellent dielectric and mechanical properties, high tensile strength and heat resistance.
Product name: DMD POLYESTER FILM INSULATION
Country of origin: China
Operating temperature: from -20℃ to 130℃
Nominal width: 1000 mm (1 metre)
Nominal weight: small rolls of 50 to 60 kgs or standard rolls from 95 to 110 kgs
Color: white
Outer appearance: Both sides are rugged because this product is a triple-layer insulation product, in which the MYLAR layer (made of the polyester film) is in the middle of two DACRON layers. These two layers are made of non-woven fabric. Therefore, with normal vision, you cannot see the polyester film in between.
Nominal thickness:

Minimum quantity: Our film and paper insulation products are sold in kilograms (not sold in meters), depending on customer requirements.
Retail customers please purchase directly at Cam Tu Store branch at 505/11 Nhat Tao, Ward 7, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City. We have retail dials and sell them according to your needs.
Applications: Its excellent dielectric properties make it particularly suitable for applications in the field of electric insulation, suitable for slot liner, slot closure, phase and turn-to-turn insulation in electrical motors. It can be used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical appliances.
With DMD, the sensitive polyester film is protected at high temperatures against the damaging effects of oxidation and hydrolysis as well as mechanical damage, thanks to the two nonwoven layers. The subsequent securing of the windings using immersion, drip or vacuum impregnation poses no problems when using DMD.
