Exposure controls:

Hand protection: Use protective gloves. It is recommended that gloves are made of the following material: Nitrile rubber. It should be noted that liquid may penetrate the gloves. Frequent changes are recommended.

Respiratory protection: Respiratory protection must be used if the airborne contamination exceeds the recommended occupational exposure limit. Wear a respirator fitted with the following cartridge: organic vapour fitter. Please note that insulation varnish is a liquid type that is highly flammable and extremely dangerous if inhaled. Therefore, do not use the product when smoking or near other flammable objects. Please refer to the full list of “Hazard statements” below.

 

 

Storage condition:

Should be stored at room temperature, dry, clean and well-ventilated warehouse. Must not be stored near the fire source, heating and by sunlight. Best kept erect. When done using the product, close the lid to avoid evaporation which might affect the insulation quality of the product.

Applications:

Suitable for noise reduction in small transformers and moisture protection, anti-tracking and tropicalisation on all types of electrical equipment. Supplied as a ready for use viscosity for dipping and spray application.

When applied to cores before rewinding, this product significantly shortens rewinding time. It is highly effective in sealing potential leakage paths, including high voltage transformers, circuit boards and other coils
