ABC Start Capacitor

Our starting capacitor Tinh Chi – ABC series ismanufactured according to Taiwan advanced technology with gray PVC cylindrical aluminum casing, good resistance to moisture, good insulation, high durability, heat & vibration This type of capacitor is widely used in single-phase AC motors with a voltage of 125V – 250V such as air-conditioners, refrigeration compressors and water pumps, refrigerators, appliances.

Compositions: Made of aluminium foil bar as the poles, alumina as a dielectric, and semi-solid-state electrolyte. All of the components are housed in one compact unit which is sealed separately in grey Bakelite case.

Storage condition: Should be stored at room temperature, dry, clean and well-ventilated warehouse. Must not be stored near the fire source, heating and by sunlight. Always keep the capacitors in an upward facing position.

Appearance: the external case of the capacitor is can shape and made of Bakelite plasticised which provides good insulation resistance. The case also protects electro liquid which improves shelf life.

Applications:

TICHI motor start capacitors are commonly used in single phase A.C. motors with a frequency of 50/60Hz to boost the value of their starting torque, allow a motor to be cycled on and off rapidly.

They are suitable for heat pumps, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioning systems, fans, machine tools, etc. These capacitors are often used to get high rotary torque at low starting current and the motor at a lower starting current under high torque.
